Graduate Student Monthly Mass – come join your fellow graduate students in celebrating Mass together on Tuesday, September 16th at the 5:30 Mass in Corr Chapel. If you are interested in being a lector, musician or Eucharistic minister, please email Kristin at Hope to see you there!

Theology on Tap Monday, September 15th at Bryn Mawr Beef & Ale at 8 pm: 610 W. Lancaster Ave. Theology on Tap is a speaker series designed for young people in their 20s and 30s to meet other young adults and explore topics of faith in a relaxed, social environment. Free food is provided with drink specials available.  Come join us for a fun time!

Abbeyfest A day of music and prayer held at Daylesford Abbey in Paoli designed particularly for young adults on Saturday, Sept. 20th from 10 am – 9 pm.  Acts will include Matt Maher and Audrey Assad, among many others. Its focus is to celebrate the beauty of faith in support of the New Evangelization by means of liturgy, prayer, communion and music.  Transportation from Villanova will be provided.

St. Thomas of Villanova Day of Service – this is an outstanding opportunity to work together and spend a day serving the community around us. The event is Saturday, September 27th. Make sure to sign up here! Search for “Graduate Theology Students” under the group list. You can find more info about the day here. Family and significant others are also welcome to participate.

Tuesday, Sept. 9th

All are welcome to join in centering prayer from 12:30-1 Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the St. Rita Community Room in Campus Ministry.

Theology Department Opening Prayer Service – please join us to welcome in the new school year in prayer and thanksgiving at 3 pm in Corr Chapel. There will be a reception afterwards with wine and cheese in Corr Lobby.

Thursday, Sept. 11th

Centering Prayer 12:30 – 1  in St. Rita’s Community Room

Friday, Sept. 12th

“Vatican II: The Experience, Significant Teachings, Divergent Interpretations, Continuing Hope” lecture given by Dr. Prusak from 3 – 5 pm in St. Rita’s Community Room. Refreshments provided.

Come hang out with your fellow grad students at Kelly’s for Happy Hour between 4 – 6 pm! Kelly’s is located at 1107 Lancaster Ave.
