  • The Spring Retreat is almost here!  If you would still like to attend, please contact Lauren Joyce at ASAP.  The retreat will run from Thursday evening (April 26) through Saturday evening (April 28), with a cost of $10.
  • This semester’s Closing Christian Ecumenical Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at 4pm in Corr Chapel.  All are welcome!

Tuesday, April 24th
  • Happy Feast of the Conversion of St. Augustine!  All are invited to join the Augustinian community in rejoicing on this very special day. Addresses that the Pope has given on St. Augustine’s conversion can be found here and here.

Wednesday, April 25th

  • Sant’Egidio Prayer Service.  6pm in Corr Hall Chapel.
  • Group Centering Prayer: Please join fellow theology students at 3pm in Corr Chapel to take time to recenter yourself in God’s presence.  (Non-denominational prayer.)
Thursday, April 26th
  • Rosary in Honor of Our Mother of Divine Providence.  Meet at 5pm in Corr Chapel to pray the Rosary, sponsored by The Center for Spirituality and Discernment. This will be followed by Mass and an open discussion led by Fr. David Cregan, OSA, on the rosary and other traditional prayer practices.
  • GRADUATE STUDENT RETREAT!  We will assemble to depart for the beach after the 5:20 Mass in Corr Chapel.  If you are not joining us for Mass, please be in the archway between Corr Chapel and Corr Hall by 5:35.
Friday, April 27th
  • Graduate student retreat continues.
  • The Center for Biblical Studies presents “Making Sense of the God of the Old Testament.”  St. Thomas Episcopal Church: Whitemarsh, Fort Washington, PA.  Student rate $30.
Saturday, April 28th
  • Graduate student retreat returns to campus no later than 5:00 pm.  All are invited to adjourn to Vigil Mass at a nearby parish.
Sunday, April 29th
  • Vocation Sundayfor the Catholic Church.  Please take a moment to pray for all those in discernment, and for all those God is calling to vocations in the priestly, religious, and married life!

      • Let us pray to the Lord of the harvest who calls men and women to loving service.  [Pause]  All glory and praise are yours, God of truth, light of our hearts, for you guide your people in the ways of holiness.  Help those who follow in the footsteps of Augustine to seek you through mutual love and worship and to be servants of your Church as examples that others may follow.  Enlighten men and women to see the beauty of common life in the spirit of Saint Augustine, and strengthen them in your service so that the work you have begun in them may be brought to fulfillment.  We ask this through Christ, our Lord.  Amen.
